A quick note: Driving down Delmar just now, I noticed a sign in the storefront at the southeast corner of Delmar and Hamilton (a few blocks east of the Loop) announcing that Sir-B-Que, featuring "show-me style" barbecue, would be coming soon.
Also in the immediate area: Still no signs of life at that Binion's place I've noted before.
