"At the steakhouse, we take more of a Hall of Fame approach while, at Mike Shannon's Grill, the approach will be more personal, like you just walked into Big Mike's man-cave," explains co-owner Pat Shannon-VanMatre in the press release.

According to the press release, "menu highlights include oven-roasted Amish chicken infused with wild mushroom and truffle, plancha-seared salmon, a poached pear salad, and the Shannon's signature blend burger."
