Norah Jones Will Perform at the Open Highway Music Festival Tonight

A little bird told us that attendees of the Open Highway Music Festival are in for a special surprise: singer-songwriter Norah Jones will help kick off the festival at Off Broadway (3509 Lemp Avenue; 314-773-3363) tonight. According to our sources, she will perform with folk-rock artist Cory Chisel, who headlines the bill among acts the Candles, Adriel Denae and Space Woman.

Jones, the daughter of Indian sitar player Ravi Shankar, is the recipient of numerous Grammy awards and nominations. Her most recent album (her fifth official release), Little Broken Hearts, came out on Blue Note Records in the spring of 2012.
