Thousands of dogs, cats, rabbits and other creatures (and their human friends!) flooded the streets of Soulard for the 21st Annual Beggin' Strips Pet Parade this past Sunday, many dressed in constumes and Mardi Gras finery. Here are our favorites from the parade.
