Nelly has been arrested early Saturday morning on rape charges.

According to TMZ, a woman says she was raped on the tour bus belonging to the rapper, real name Cornell Haynes Jr. The incident allegedly took place in Auburn, Washington, around 3:45 a.m. Nelly was scheduled to perform tonight with Florida Georgia Line in Ridgefield, Washington.

Alexandra Lewis, a reporter for Q13 Fox (KCPQ) in Seattle, tweets that the assault took place while the bus was parked in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

Nelly was booked on second degree rape charges around 7 a.m., and is reportedly still in custody.

This is not the "Hot in Herre" rapper's first run-in with the law. In October 2012 he was arrested in Texas with a large amount of marijuana, heroin and a gun on his tour bus. Then in April 2015 he was again arrested on his bus for possession of drugs and weapons.
