All of the finer circuses feature a live band during performances, but few have the big band that Circus Flora sports this weekend. The beloved one-ring circus makes a rare winter appearance to collaborate with the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra for A Winter Fable. While Circus Flora favorites the Flying Wallendas perform on the high wire, the symphony provides the soundtrack to this edgy fairy tale. Circus Harmony's St. Louis Arches and the always-popular circus dogs also have starring roles in this union of two of our town's great cultural treasures.
