All Is Calm

Mustard Seed Theatre is regifting this season, but no one will complain. The company remounts its sensational Christmas show from last year, Peter Rothstein's All Is Calm, with the same cast. This a cappella musical tells the true story of the spontaneous truces that popped up on the frontlines of WWI in its first year. All Is Calm conveys the hopes, fears and camaraderie of troops on both sides of the war through folk songs, carols and religious music. The result is a show that evokes the true meaning of Christmas as a season of peace and brotherhood.
Thursdays, Saturdays, 8 p.m.; Sundays, 2 & 5 p.m. Starts: Nov. 15. Continues through Dec. 19, 2014
