Since we became a nation 245 years ago, cake has changed, and yet it’s still our favorite dessert. In part 3 of this 3-part series, we will discuss the events that have changed both cakes and us, and enjoy samples of 4 different cake recipes from the 1900s. Join us to learn how inventions, world wars, the depression and more have influenced the dessert we enjoy so much. Space is limited and advance reservations are required.
