It's do-or-die time now. This is the final day to go wild, to party in the streets and to shout your joy at the heavens -- unless you're not Catholic, in which case, carry on as normal. But for the devout and the hardcore, this is last call. Get it all out of your system at the Lumiere Light Up the Night Fat Tuesday Parade. The procession of floats and marchers begins at 7 p.m. at the corner of Washington Avenue and Broadway, then rolls west to Fourteenth Street. There's no charge to attend, but you're going to want to be strapped with cash -- there's a lot of partying left after the parade wraps up, and you're already on Washington Avenue.
