Babylon's Burning 

Phantom Gallery (1300 Washington Avenue; 314-338-4220 or www.phantomstlouis.com) presents Babylon's Burning, an exhibition of original photographs of the US and UK punk rock scene in the '70s and '80s, including images of the Ramones, Sex Pistols, Blondie, Talking Heads, Siouxsie Sue and Iggy Pop. The exhibition opens tonight with a free reception from 6 to 10 p.m. complete with live music from Ramones tribute band, We're a Happy Family.
