Pop music is meant to be just that: popular. Boys Like Girls knows this — which is why it's taken the mantra "go big or go home" and applied it to this year's Love Drunk. The album's eleven caffeine shots are sure to jolt even the most jaded high school girl into total and utter screaming hysteria — and hell, the Boston quartet's new single, "Two Is Better Than One," features none other than country-pop princess Taylor Swift. (If that's not a sure-fire crossover radio hit, then someone isn't doing his job correctly.) Boys Like Girls' current tour alongside fellow pop purveyors Cobra Starship is sure to put butts into (and out of) seats, but wear earplugs — hearing a few thousand mallrats screaming, "MARRRRTIIIIINNNN!" at the first glimpse of frontman Martin Johnson's hip bones is enough to make you go all Van Gogh on yourself.
