Sick of staring at your blank-ass walls? The Cannonball Press returns to the Mad Art Gallery (2727 South 12th Street; 314-771-8230 or www.madart.com) tonight to help you blot out the unsightly whiteness of your apartment. Show-Me Yours and I'll Show You Mine, Martin Mazorra and Mike Houston's traveling print show (or as they prefer, "woodcutology expedition"), brings high-quality, low-cost prints direct to the thrifty and tasteful person on the street — that's you. Limited edition prints of cowboys on camels, kitty girls, biblical figures, birds, redneck hoosieratti and animals causing car crashes may not be for everyone; but come on, does the world need another jerk with a Cinzano poster? Hell no. In addition to work by Messrs. Mazorra and Houston, the show features pieces by Davin Watne, Lump Lipshitz, Jenny Schmid and Nicole Schulmann. Most of the prints start at $20, and admission is free. The fun runs from 7 to 11 p.m., and starting around 8 p.m., local ladies Maid Rite perform a little bit of purchasing music to help set the mood.
