Cellar House (5634 Telegraph Road, Oakville; 314-846-5100) specializes in combining country-cooking sensibilities with bold, unexpected flavors. Don't miss the ahi tuna fried green tomatoes or the flavorful crispy Brussels sprouts. And the empanadas wrapped in a pie crust from chef Chloe Yates' grandma's recipe are a must-order dish.
