Join us on October 27th at 7pm for a conversation between Charles “Bobo” Shaw of the Black Artists Group and Assistant Professor of American Studies at St. Louis University, Ben Looker as they discuss the history of BAG, and touch on the prevalence of free jazz and collectivity within the political movements of the 1960s and 70s. The two will be joined by Josh Weinstein, the host of KDHX radio show, All Soul, No Borders, who will spin Black Artists Group cuts throughout the night.
