Cheikh Lo is a Burkina Faso-born guitarist, percussionist and vocalist. His style is inspired by the music and West and Central Africa with a hint of Cuban and flamenco -- a sound decidedly his own. Cheikh Lo performs at the Touhill Performing Arts Center on the University of Missouri-Saint Louis campus (One University Boulevard) this Thursday, April 12, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $18 to $92.
