Clayton on the Beach 

You've seen the ads for those $79 flights to Jamaica, and you find yourself pining away for a piña colada and the sound of a steel-drum band — but there's just not a week of vacation in your future. Vibraphonist/marimba player Dave Samuels (formally of Spyro Gyra), whose mastery of the mallets is rumored to make smoke fly from his instruments, heads this international Latin jazz group, which is playing four shows while in St. Louis: 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. tonight and Thursday (April 26 and 27).
