Custom Throw Pillows

Materials saved from the landfill: pillows, fabric Skills you’ll learn: construction, piecing A modern throw pillow is a great way to add interesting patterns and colors to your living room or bedroom. In this workshop, participants will use the sewing machine to create a new pillow cover from reclaimed fabrics. Folks will also get the chance to practice improvisational piecing to create custom patterns and designs. Piecing is a great way to use up fabric scraps from previous projects. Without following traditional patterns or quilting rules, the end results will be a unique surprise! Last day to register: Friday, 5/19
