Dog Meet Dog

Today, all St. Louis area dogs will be rustling up their leashes to lead the entire two-legged pack to Forest Park for Bark in the Park, the latest and greatest dog festival in the Midwest. The event is guaranteed to set all tails on "wag," with plenty of activities for man and mutt alike, including the celebrated "Walk for Animals," performances by Purina's Incredible Dog Team, a country fair with concessions and dog goodies for sale. Entry is free to all canines and kids three and younger; dog's best friend registration is $25, while children age fifteen and younger are admitted for $5. Admission includes participation in the dog walk and comes complete with a Bark in the Park T-shirt! Proceeds go to the Humane Society of Missouri to assist the area's less fortunate four-legged friends. Plenty more info is just a paw click away at www.hsmo.org/bark.
