With the approach of spring, you're stepping lighter, feeling brighter and seeing more green (though that might have more to do with St. Pat's than the awakening landscape). To further enhance your hopeful warm-weather feelings, St. Louis Shakespeare presents As You Like It, one of the Bard's most beloved comedies. Complete with wrestling (!), topsy-turvy love, nature-themed songs and, yep, cross-dressing, this play takes love after banishment to funny, forested places. As You Like It opens on the stage of De Smet Jesuit High School (233 North New Ballas Road, Creve Coeur) on Friday, March 15, and runs through Sunday, March 24, with performances at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets cost $15 to $25; visit www.stlshakespeare.org to learn more and make a purchase.
Thursdays-Sundays. Starts: March 15. Continues through March 24, 2013
