Fill Up for the Kill

'Tis the season

While all your Christmases might be white, and your holidays may be merry and bright, unfortunately, 'tis not the case for all. In fact, at the Bissell Mansion Restaurant & Dinner Theatre (4426 Randall Place), the season has turned to slaying — and Ebenezer Scrooge is the victim! Now as you all know, there's no shortage of folks who lack a certain fondness for the rich old man. But who could've dunnit? Bob Cratchit? His son? One of the three wise guys? You? You'll just have to enjoy your feast — if you can stomach it! — while the story unfolds. A Christmas Killing: The Murder of Ebenezer Scrooge runs on weekends (Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.) through the end of December. Reservations are required (call 314-533-9830), and your meal and murder-mystery-ing will cost $36.95 to $40.95. For more information about the mayhem, visit
Fridays-Sundays. Starts: Dec. 8. Continues through Dec. 31
