First Home Stand of the Season

We've still got a few more weeks to go until Opening Day, so why not wait out that precious in-between period and support a good cause by attending the fund raising three day pep rally for the home team known as the Winter Warm-Up? The Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch (315 Chestnut Street; becomes a Cardinal-palooza with silent and live auctions, presentations by club personnel and memorabilia collectors and autograph signings by your favorite players from all eras of Cardinal history. Some players require the purchase of autograph tickets ($5 to $100), while others sign for free --see the website for rates and availability, and remember that you can only get one item signed per player. Proceeds from the event benefit the team's Cardinals Care charity. The Winter Warm-Up's hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday (January 18 through 20). Admission is $10 to $40.
