Many people have experiences that are hard to explain. Like strange jokes, these unusual glimpses reveal colorful dimensions of the human adventure. Like strange jokes, these unusual glimpses reveal colorful dimensions of the human adventure. Much can be gained from times when the margins of certainty get a little porous. Dr. Young will draw on his work with Joseph Campbell to investigate what we can learn from our spontaneous visits to “Wonderland.” The presentation will include exploration of a few key moments from the Alice stories to see how familiar characters provide clues for our own quests.
