Former Blackhawks Goalie Talks Trash on St. Louis, Gets Roasted on Twitter

Some former Blackhawks goalie tried to talk trash on St. Louis on TV the other day and now St. Louis Twitter is ripping him a new one.

A clip from NBC Sports Chicago started making the rounds on Twitter and Scott Darling, who retired from the Blackhawks and now fancies himself a comedian, was commenting about Wednesday's game between the Blackhawks and the Blues and started trash talking St. Louis:
“You heard it here first. It’s the worst city in the country, worst place to play, and was the first team on my no-trade clause agreement that I didn’t want to go to.”
Damn, bro, why are you so obsessed with us?

Locals were having none of it, though, and ripped this dude to shreds for everything from his stats to his small shoulders to his dorky sweater. Even St. Louis Blues mascot Louie got in on the bashing.

Woof. It must be be so emasculating to to be taken down by a fuzzy, cute, baby blue polar bear. Try harder next time, homie.
