Ginger Bistro

Ginger Bistro describes its cuisine as "pioneering Asian fusion." It might be the first Asian fusion restaurant located inside an old Blockbuster video store, which I suppose would make it a pioneer of retail development. The Loop Trolly Roll is shrimp tempura, crab, cucumber, and avocado topped with masago.

Tuna Tataki is seared, sesame-crusted, sushi-grade tuna and it is served with pineapple relish.

Pineapple Fried Rice is prepared with stir-fried eggs, pineapple, scallions, curry sauce and onions. It is served with your choice of beef, chicken or shrimp.

And for dessert, you can sample the Chocolate Fusion Pyramid which is a chocolate mousse pyramid filled with creme englaze and then dusted with cocoa and drizzled with chocolate.
