Good thing the Richmond Heights Memorial Library (8001 Dale Avenue) has your back. The folks there realize you won't feel right all year without participating in some kind of annual-style party, so they offer up a Chinese New Year Celebration this evening. During this minifestival you and the kids will honor the Year of the Rat by eating complimentary food from P.F. Chang's China Bistro, watching a lion dance and listening to some stories.
