You, friend, are the expert partier. You understand how much party you can (or should) be able to withstand, and you know what makes for an excellent throwdown. So when we tell you that Cathedralfête is a festival-like celebration held on the grounds of the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis (4431 Lindell Boulevard; 314-373-8242 or www.cathedralstl.org) and that the 'fête is a pretty awesome party, you may think we're crazy. Not so. First off, this fun runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and, as luck would have it, a twelve-hour stretch like this is the precise amount of whoop-it-up time you need. Plus, all the elements of a great party are present: live music, margarita and wine and beer gardens, a pig roast (delicious last year), home-baked goods (sweet!) and a dunking booth. But that's not even all! You can also have a look at the plentiful artisan booths (the pretty glass rings were especially nice — and affordable! — in '05), tour the cathedral, stroll in the cake walk, cheer on the dog parade and hang with the kids in the children's area. See, even the pets and young people get to get down! If there's anything that makes a party terrific, it's inclusiveness.
