Iron Fork 2011

Iron Fork, the RFT's annual food and drink bonanza, took place at the St. Louis Union Station Marriott on Thursday, April 7. The evening featured samples from over thirty of St. Louis' best restaurants, chef and mixologist competitions and live music. Photos by Egan O'Keefe.

Mixologist competition winner: Roy Richardson of Pin Up Bowl and his "Forking Awesome" cocktail made with 85 Lashes rum.
