Give your holiday baking an Italian flair! You’ll spend the weekend exploring traditional Italian flavors and holiday sweet treats. Master the Italian twice-baked cookie, biscotti, and learn new twists for turning this sweet treat into the perfect savory snack and explore classic Italian holiday sweet breads and cakes including the quintessential Italian holiday sweet bread, Panetonne. Culinary camp is Friday evening & all-day Saturday. Camp includes wine tasting and heavy appetizers on Friday night, Saturday morning continental breakfast, lunch buffet, and dinner, and Sunday morning breakfast buffet. Stay all weekend or just pop in for the day!
