After years of selling silks and bags at Soulard Market, Lona Luo and Pierce Powers added dumplings to the mix when a food stall opened. Their new Fox Park brick-and-mortar store builds on their popularity -- and Luo's diverse culinary background. Photos by Jennifer Silverberg.
