Three-quarters of the menu is considered low-fat. "You can have a bowl and have a guilt-free 5-fat-gram lunch," says Kim Stark, general manager of the Creve Coeur store. "Or we offer a lot of side orders, such as a baked egg rolls or smoothies. We also offer the hard-to-find caffeine-free diet sodas, like Fresca."
