Our food preservation (canning classes) are a two-part series. As a prerequisite, you must first complete the online classroom training prior to attending the hands-on local class. The local "Make and Take" workshop is a time for you to practice what you've learned in the online course with the support and guidance of a professional with experience in home food preservation.
