The Space Between includes laser-cut sculpture, mixed media, and a 52-foot installation of unique round paintings of nature that are not obviously trees, sky, and mountains. Focused on the spaces between, these round paintings could be views through a microscope of cells or through a telescope of outer space. Keller looks at nature and questions how we see, now that the virtual/online world of nature photographs and videos have become more real than reality for so many. Her art redirects the soft focus of nature photographs so that the human eye intervenes with the camera's eye and takes priority.
