Spirit of St. Louis Women’s Fund (SOS) partners with Clark-Fox Family Foundation Mass Incarceration: The Impact on Children and Families St. Louis, MO (February 27, 2020) – Tickets are now available for this SOS sponsored event being held on March 16th at St. Louis University’s DuBourg Hall. The Clark-Fox Family Foundation will present an overview of the justice system, the impact on the St. Louis community with special emphasis on children and families, and a discussion around reform efforts.
