Ah, Les Aaron. Much like the service 120 Minutes on MTV used to provide, Les has been introducing you to new music for nearly as long as you can remember. Of course, he's still at it, but if you can't stay awake for his Lovemix at 2 a.m. on Thursday on KDHX (88.1 FM), and if his one-hour Sunday show on the Point (105.7 FM), isn't enough for you each week, head over to Frazer's (1811 Pestalozzi Street; www.frazergoodeats.com or 314-773-8646) for Les' party there. The renowned DJ plays everything from '80s stuff to new music — for an example of what "everything" could entail we will cite a recent Sunday Point playlist: Sonic Youth, Vultures, and Toots & the Maytals. Now, that just about covers it. And this "everything" happens in Frazer's fab new bar/lounge area every Friday night, so you can eat some of Frazer's inspired dishes (we still can't get enough of that salmon!), and then move into the new space to listen to inspired music from 9:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.
