Yesterday afternoon, more than 800 people marched in solidarity with the Occupy cause, which led to 14 arrests when protestors refused to retreat back from the Martin Luther King Bridge. The march began at Kiener Plaza, which has become something of a headquarters for the Occupy St. Louis supporters and ended at the MLK Bridge, where the marchers were met by a line of officers blocking the path onward. Though arrests were made and the atmosphere turned tense, the overall movement remained peaceful.
