As one of the St. Louis' few 3 a.m. bars, Par is a common meeting ground for bartenders and industry players to unwind after a late night of work. Freshly baked from-scratch pizzas, such as a tomato-and-spinach Florentine pie, and appetizers, including a queso dip with tortilla chips, are available all night. Shots range from $3 to more than $175, so night owls from all walks of life are welcome.
