No. But tonight’s your chance to fulfill this pledge you’ve made, as the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra comes to you. Well, it meets you halfway, let’s say. A full performance, featuring Rimsky-Korsakov’s polonaise from Christmas Eve, Rodgers’ The Sound of Music: A Symphonic Picture and Falla’s “Ritual Fire Dance” from El amor brujo (as well as several other pieces), is scheduled, and you’ll pay nothing for the pleasure -- it’s an absolutely free evening.
