People of the 2013 Gypsy Caravan

The St. Louis Symphony Volunteer Association held its 41st annual Gypsy Caravan on the UMSL campus. One person's junk became another's collectible, with vendors from twenty states selling antiques, collectibles, crafts, jewelry and more. Eager shoppers paid $20 to enter at 7 a.m. for a chance at the hottest items while most folks waited until the 9 a.m. opening for $10. Photos by Steve Truesdell for the Riverfront Times.
