Fondue has made a comeback, it seems, pulling itself of the 1970s with a renewed interest. And nowhere in St. Louis is the good, old art of fondue-making more popular than the Melting Pot, a restaurant with a dimly-lit interior that screams (okay, whispers) "romance" from the front door. From there, you'll be lead to private spaces where fondue will come alive for you, including a series of dessert options that incorporate that time-tested aphrodisiac, chocolate.
