Plank Road Pizza

Occupying the oldest standing building in historic downtown Cottleville, Plank Road Pizza serves wood fired pies in a fast-casual setting. The pizzeria has some of the best crust in town, which serves as a delicious base for its American-style offerings. Must-try pizzas include the Buffalo chicken, meatball and the chicken bacon club. The restaurant’s best dish is its Hawaiian barbecue pizza. Sweet pulled pork, red onions, mozzarella cheese and chunks of juicy pineapple make for a warm, satisfying treat. The restaurant has a small selection of salads and dessert pizzas that rotate seasonally, including a pumpkin-pie pizza riff on the autumn classic.
