Play Now, Pay Later?

It seems like just days ago it was summer, and all of us were hard at work gathering breadcrumbs for the winter. Now it's cold and you — what?! You didn't gather any breadcrumbs? What were you doing all summer, strumming a ukulele? Oh, you really were playing the ukulele. What are you going to eat then? Just look at you: You're freezing. Come on in, young grasshopper, to the Loretto-Hilton Center (130 Edgar Road, Webster Groves), and warm up while the Imaginary Theatre Company regales you with The Ant and the Grasshopper, a story about a little ant, his workaholic father and his idle friend the Grasshopper (no resemblance to you, I'm sure) at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 20. This is no draconian Aesop version, but a musical tale about the balance between work and play, family and friends. And if it warms you up, you can come back to see it again on Friday and Saturday (December 21 and 22) — that is, if some nice ant will front you $6 ($4 for grasshoppers younger than fifteen).
