Plein Air Paint Out occurs on Sat. Sept. 22, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the National Museum of Transportation, 2933 Barrett Station Road. Artist registration fee: $10. Best of show prize of $350 & three honorable mention prizes. Smithsonian Museum Day lets visitors print off free admission tickets for that day to the National Museum of Transportation from the Smithsonian website. Free Horseless Carriage Car Show on upper lot, too!
