Denmark Laine
Denmark Laine is a St. Louis poet and novelist whose work has been featured on Fox 2 KTVI, Subprimal Poetry, STL TV Live, the St. Louis Poetry Slam, Eleven Magazine and Bad Jacket. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre. He is the author of The Absinthe Fountain, Thorazine Ice Cream Parlor, The Gods of Autumn, Exile On Cherokee Street and Smalltown Kings. After the featured poet, as per usual, we will be hosting an open mic for anyone who wants to read their own work. Doors at 6:00.
