Put Some Spring in Your Step

With the seasonal change, it’s clean-house time: You’ve shifted your winter clothes to the back of your closet, maybe you’ve done a little dusting here and there, and perhaps you’ve finally gotten around to throwing out some of that “collectible” stuff in your basement. But what have you done for your personal interior infrastructure after the long winter you spent drinking whiskey and eating stuffing? Kept on keeping on, we imagine. Now’s your chance to do some Spring Cleaning for the Body at Whole Foods Market (1601 South Brentwood Boulevard, Brentwood; 314-968-7744 or www.wholefoodsmarket.com). During this course taught by Dr. Rebecca Gould, D.C., you’ll discover how to detoxify the ol’ chassis in all sorts of ways, if you know what we mean -- no actual cleansing will take place at the store (whew!). The session runs from 6:30 to 8 p.m., and it won’t clean out your wallet -- the class costs $5.
