The actors in Bring It On: The Musical aren't merely showcasing great singing and cutesy cheerleader campiness, they prove they're athletes, too, what with all of the tumbling, basket tosses and pyramid-building throughout the performance. Throw in an intense high school rivalry, a bit of romance and songs by Tony Award-winning composers, and you’ve got yourself one seriously fun musical. Bring It On, erm, brings it on at the Fox Theatre (527 North Grand Boulevard; 314-534-1111) starting at 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 27. The show continues through Sunday, April 8, with performances at 8 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday; two additional shows are held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, April 1 (no foolin’!), and at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 5.
