Resort that Inspired Netflix Show 'Ozark' Is For Sale at the Lake [PHOTOS]

You can now own a little piece of television history.

Now up for sale at Lake Ozark is the Alhonna Resort & Marina, which was the site that inspired the Blue Cat Lodge in the smash Netflix show “Ozark” starring Jason Bateman and Laura Linney.

“Ozark” screenwriter Bill Dubuque is a St. Louis native who worked at Alhonna as a teen and he used the site as inspiration for his dark crime drama.

The similarities between the Blue Cat Lodge and the Alhonna Resort & Marina are striking, especially in the bar area. You can practically see Ruth serving drinks in the Alhonna’s Bobbers Restaurant & Lounge and it’s easy to imagine Marty Byrde pacing the dock late at night.

The resort has been a tourist destination at Lake Ozark for more than 70 years and the property includes 62 rooms, 123 boat slips, 1,354 feet of lakefront, two pools, two hot tubs and 14 boat rentals.
