She's Marge and in Charge

If you're looking for a Saturday night that doesn't involve a bar so smoky you'll be gasping for air for the next 48 hours (not to mention the hefty dry-cleaning bill to get the smell out of your clothes), head over to Maplewood for an exquisite dinner and a hilarious, interactive comedy show. Minion's Café (7322 Manchester Road) presents Cooking with Marge, a one-woman dinner theater performance unlike any show you've ever witnessed. The four-course dinner begins at 7 p.m.; Linda Spall takes the stage at 8 p.m. as Marjoram Fennel, a cooking show host who just wants to share her kitchen secrets, offer tips on dining etiquette and (if you're lucky) spin the "Wheel of Cheese." Tickets for dinner and the show are a steal at $35, plus tax and tip. For more information or to make reservations, call Minion's Café at 314-781-4800 or visit www.cookingwithmarge.com.
