Each November, dozens of hip, local creative types get together to hawk their wares at the Rock N Roll Craft Show, a one-of-a-kind, three-day festival at Third Degree Glass Factory (5200 Delmar Boulevard; 314-367-4527 or www.rocknrollcraftshow.com). Now let's just get this out of the way -- it ain't your granny's craft fair. Twenty bands and DJs kick out the jams while you peruse sassy embroidered pillows, home-glazed pottery and hand-knitted everything from more than 100 vendors. There's a reason the RFT voted it the Best One-Stop Shop in 2010 (and Best Place to Meet Single Women this year, ahem...). Need a gift for Dad? The boyfriend? That brother that has everything? There's a set of magnets, crocheted scarf, screen-printed tie or doormat with their name on it (perhaps, literally). Hell, it might even be your granny's type of craft show after all. The RRCS opens with a special Red Carpet Black Friday event from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, November 25 (admission is $10 Friday only). Regular hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday (November 26 and 27), and admission is $3 both days.
