Slingers for Breakfast Tomorrow

All right, confession time: Ms. Day hasn't seen The Hangover. But, wait, she can explain. It's not that she doesn't trust that it's funny, or that she thinks she's too fancy for the humor in this film — it's just that she hasn't had time, OK? Of course, that's a whiny, lame excuse. You're probably busy, too. But, alas, it's the only explanation she can offer. Oh, and she was already behind on her movie watching before this Todd Phillips film came out last year. So there. Anyway, Day would like to let you all know that Frontyard Features (www.fyfstl.com), the Soulard Business Association and the Soulard Safety Program offer a free sunset screening of The Hangover outdoors this evening at Soulard Market Park (Lafayette Avenue and South Ninth Street), and she looks forward to seeing everyone there. Now, how can Day recommend that people head to the park to watch as the groom's bachelor-partiers — Ed Helms (Andy from The Office), Bradley Cooper and Zach Galifianakis — try to find the almost-wedded in Vegas after a wild night of partying? Well, you've already seen the hilarity, so she's guessing you'll relish the opportunity to sit outside with beers and buddies, laughing out loud and having a dandy of a time. (And if you haven't seen the movie yet either, don't worry. Day won't tell. Just pull up your lawn chair beside hers, and we'll snicker together like we know every line. And after tonight, we will.)
