The Chef’s from Eleven Eleven, Vin de Set, Moulin Events, PW Pizza & 21st Street have collaborated to create a one-of-a-kind PORKTASTIC event using all cuts available from a whole hog. This 6 course dinner is comprised of 10 unique dishes all incorporating Americas most flavorful other white meat. To make things even more interesting our Wine Director, Scott Gaghan has added an optional Spanish wine pairing for the first 5 courses.
